It's unbelievable how much condo prices continue to appreciate or at the worst hold their prices. New York has so far held on along with a few other pockets in the US and not had a huge price decline year over year in houses or condos. Hopefully that will continue as we all needs a few bright spots to hopefully pull us out of this malaise.
